Four steps to perfect your presentation:
1.Planning – Understand your audience as it is related to the subject and identify the purpose of the presentation. 2.Preparation – Forming a positive assumptions for the value that you bring to the message and prepare the outline and the presentation period. There are 3-parts for an outline:
The beginning part attracts attention – Use a surprised question, saying , or mention related issues to evoke the audience’s interest. The first part accounts for only 5 to 10 percent of your speech.
The key – the lecture just need to have from 4 to 6 standards and you add evidences on, such as statistics, certification, proof or comparisons. Ensure that key ideas are to serve for a single message. This section accounts for 80-85 percent of the post.
Impressive Epilogue – You can combine all by summarying or repeating messages or leaving an opening for the audience. The conclusion that can relate to the beginning is also very effective. Whether you choose any style, be sure you’re telling the audience know what you want them to do. This section accounts for only 5 or 10 percent of your speech.
3.Practice – Review the content, rehearse and listen to feedback for your presentation, building enthusiasm and confidence to lecture. Rehearsing to make sure that you presentation does not exceed the time allowed; if necessary, take more time for questioning. . Remember that therapy for worry are confidence coming with practice.
